The Community Wellbeing Project (CWP) at the New Horizon Centre in Willesden is now officially open!

Eligibility Criteria:
  • Brent residents only.
  • Families with dependents under the age of 18 (or up to 25 if the young person has Special Educational Needs).
  • Must be in receipt of means-tested benefits.
  • Single persons can be referred by their GP or a health-related service.
  • The resident must not have previously been a member of Sufra’s at the Bridge Park Centre.
  • If anyone else from the same household has had a membership, the resident cannot be referred or registered.
Key Information:
  • This is a one-time membership, and once it expires, it cannot be renewed. 
  • Membership benefits include:
    • Access to a community shop, where they can pay just £4 for food shopping worth £30.
    • A warm and welcoming community café, offering hot, nutritious meals, drinks, and snacks for everyone.
    • Access to helpful partners providing support with welfare benefits, debt advice, and health & wellbeing.
    • Brent Hubs advisers are available on Mondays and Tuesdays (we’ll notify you if this changes).
